Our client (western, fast growing pharmaceutical company) is looking for ambitious, smart and high potential candidate for the position of OmniChannel Marketing Manager.

Key Responsibilities for this role:

  • Shape the omnichannel customer engagement Vision and Ambition (with strong digital focus)
  • Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders, vendors for cross-functional digital projects execution, ensuring customer needs and business priorities are in the center of digital strategy
  • Define and maintain priority business processes (e.g. HCP & patients multichannel campaigns planning and execution, CLM & CMS management)
  • Create digital content for relevant channels and platforms in line with company procedures, channels specifics, customer insights, business needs and relevant medical information
  • Research digital marketing best practices and toolsets to identify new opportunities for the company
  • Manage full content lifecycle properties including planning & creation, publishing and decommissioning in line with company strategy, processes, channels specifics, customer insights, business needs and relevant medical information
  • Work with Brand Teams to ensure optimal use of online channels to reach and engage customers; proactively makes recommendations on how to improve performance through analytics, insights and research
  • Ensure successful implementation of omnichannel marketing initiatives alongside the customer journey touchpoints within organization
  • Lead campaign reporting, create & distribute customer analytics dashboards summarizing customer acquisition, conversion & engagement metrics.

Minimum Requirements:

  • University degree in a scientific, business or economics-related field
  • Minimum 2 years’ experience in the pharmaceutical industry, experienced digital communications / marketing roles are preferred
  • English upper-intermediate or higher
  • Understanding of legal and ethical issues related work with Rx products in Russia
  • Excellent user of Office Programs (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) plus good understanding of other digital elements, e.g. google analytics, etc
  • Knowledge of digital techniques and platforms, e.g. 3rd party sponsorship, SEM/SEO, email marketing, social media, e-detailing, mobile, apps.
  • Analytical skills
  • Understanding of Multi-Channel integration and Marketing automation.

Additional Qualifications:

  • Project management including multiple-stakeholder, budget, human resources and vendors management
  • Deep knowledge of functions roles and related operations/processes specific to Pharma
  • Extensive knowledge of operations/processes critical to Omnichannel Marketing in Pharma (Close Loop Marketing, Customer Engagement Orchestration, Brand Planning, Multichannel plan development)
  • Ability to design, plan & deliver multichannel / digital marketing campaigns including measuring & reporting on campaign analytics & KPIs
  • Master channels that can be enabled to elevate customer engagement including, but not limited to, web/digital design & UX principles, website development and content management, email marketing campaigns and campaign management system(s), remote interactions tools
