Your responsibilities include, but not limited:
•Coaches, trains and manages MSL performance including monitoring metrics towards set KPIs ensuring excellence in execution of their role towards achieving strategic and tactical goals
•Ensure strong career pathways are established through development planning of team and oneself to ensure talent engagement and retention
•Develops and leads regional patient-centric medical strategies for relevant products in alignment with strategic priorities and in collaboration with key internal partners
•Strategically influences and collaborates with Medical Advisors’ team, CRMA, GDD, HE&OR and other relevant internal partners where appropriate to support Scientific Engagement Plans, clinical development, and clinical trial placement and support
•Leads cross-functional collaboration with senior internal stakeholders to implement novel approaches to partnerships with medical experts & community practices

Minimum Requirements
You would be a good match for this role, if you have:
•Minimum 5 years of experience (Medical department)
•Еxperience of managing, leading and development people with direct reporters (field-based, pharmaceutical industry management) preferred
•Excellent leadership & influencing skills for both direct reports and matrixed relationships
•Thorough knowledge of clinical medicine, disease management, and medical research practices, healthcare business and managed market knowledge with the ability to differentiate products
•Field-based role with ability to travel approximately 70 %
