Division: Pharmaceuticals
Key tasks & responsibilities:
- Contributes to and implements existing TA/Brand and Medical strategy;
- Manages group of products within the area of responsibility for which he/she sets working directions, including managing the backlog, prioritizing needs and overseeing overall progress;
- Aligns and leads key internal stakeholders to secure buy-in and alignment on major decisions;
- Act as an ambassador internally and externally and as the primary contact for queries related to the products in scope;
- Ensures cross-functional collaboration with other functions and Region/Global;
- Understands and anticipates actions required to serve customer;
- and business needs and actively addresses them, removes impediments fast and effectively;
- Actively uses data to improve overall brand and team performance;
- and is thereby also responsible for the TA Market Performance KPIs and ROI. (Commercial);
- Works closely with Cluster Nucleus to develop a self-organized, highly functional, and value-focused squad;
- Is responsible for availability of products through close cooperation with logistic and commercial team;
- Is accountable for successful regional and country level events;
- Pro-actively collects customer insights from field and through market research;
- Develops and engages national Thought Leaders to support company portfolio development;
- Is responsible for efficient use of promotional budget.
Important for us:
- Bachelor degree (marketing, medical, pharmaceutical, business);
- Successful experiences in sales and marketing for at least 5 years;
- Experienced in working from a strategic perspective;
- Strong brand knowledge & ability to understand and anticipate customer needs;
- Experienced in CEC campaign planning & delivery;
- Strong cross-functional knowledge and network;
- Strong communication and building relationships skills;
- Ability to lead in a non-hierarchical way, fostering new ways of working and ability to apply agile leadership methodologies;
- Strong analytical skills as well as a data-driven mindset;
- Fluent English.
