Manage the full-life cycle professional recruiting process, including developing job descriptions, sourcing candidates, screening resumes, conducting interviews, and making job offers;
Applicant Tracking System (ATS) management, specifically Hunt Flow;
Collaborate with Hiring Managers and HR Partners in the recruiting process from beginning to end;
Deploy job-appropriate behavioral and competency-based interview techniques and coach hiring managers or teams on interviewing and candidate assessment techniques;
Initiate and maintain a network of contacts/agencies to help identify qualified candidates for hiring needs;
Consolidate candidate feedback from the interview team and lead the final assessment and selection process;
Negotiate offers with candidates;
Ensure education and training for hiring managers;
Prepare recruitment statistics and analytical reports;
Participate in digitalization of recruitment processes, ensuring the use of the latest tools and techniques to streamline the recruitment process;
Support document workflow with vendors, ensuring that all relevant documentation is properly processed and stored;
Participation in various HR projects.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree;
At least 5 years of experience in recruiting or talent acquisition;
Knowledge of recruiting best practices and techniques;
English language – upper-intermediate;
Excellent interpersonal communication, customer-service and organization skills required;
Attention to details and ability to deal appropriately with confidential information;
Ability to work within a team approach.
