Leadership: lead and coach a cross functional team to unleash potential of each team member and to achieve sales targets and customer satisfaction;
Territory Management: strategically allocate resources and prioritize geographical territories and market expansion to optimize sales opportunities and market penetration;
Customer acquisition: develop and execute effective strategies to attract and onboard new commercial farmers as customers;
Demand generation: drive awareness and adoption of CP, seed products and digital services through targeted marketing campaigns and promotional activities driving demand;
Performance tracking: implement performance metrics and KPIs to monitor sales performance, identify trends and drive continuous improvement.
Cross-functional collaboration: collaborate across the squads, with internal stakeholders including support squads to ensure alignment and delivery for sales initiatives.
Important for us:
University degree (Agricultural, Marketing or Business administration is an advantage).
Proven experience in marketing, strategic planning and / or sales, experience in agriculture is an advantage.
Track record of leading people (directly / indirectly).
English – intermediate level.
Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and motivate teams.
Effective communication skills and negotiation abilities with a farmer-centric approach.
Strategic thinking with a results-driven mindset and passion for innovation.
