Position: Product Manager CRM

Key Responsibilities:

As a Product Manager, you will be responsible for automating business processes for the field force, managing content, and integrating online and offline customer experiences.

  • Implement Digital Solutions: Deploy digital platforms and business solutions for CRM and multi-channel platforms to meet business requirements.
  • Process Automation: Streamline and automate business processes for efficiency.
  • Platform Support: Provide ongoing support for implemented platforms and solutions.
  • Project Leadership: Lead projects and manage platform suppliers by gathering requirements, managing backlogs and roadmaps, and directing project teams.
  • Functional Specifications: Develop detailed functional specifications for digital initiatives based on business requirements.
  • Training and Support: Conduct training sessions and support users within your area of responsibility.
  • Data Management: Oversee data management, governance, and architecture to facilitate automated reviews and dashboards alongside technical team members.
  • Requirements Mapping: Understand and translate business requirements into functional specifications for digital initiatives.
  • Project Management: Efficiently manage projects within schedule and budget in collaboration with implementation partners; manage the product roadmap.
  • Business Process Improvement: Ensure continuous improvement, change management, and benefit realization to add business value.
  • Sales Force Effectiveness: Support data and analytics requirements to enhance sales force effectiveness.

Key Professional Skills:

  • Experience: 10+ years in Digital Sales and Marketing.
  • Project Management: Proven skills in project management.
  • CRM Expertise: In-depth understanding and implementation experience with CRM platforms and architecture.
  • Language Proficiency: Fluent in English.
  • User Support: Experience in supporting a large user base of 500-1000+ field force across different time zones.
  • Technical Knowledge: Strong knowledge of digital technologies, business process management, business process re-engineering and improvements, business analysis, project management, and vendor management.
  • Technical Skills: Basic knowledge of SQL and Python is an advantage.
