Responsibilities:

- Develop presentation materials to gain approval for process changes.

- Gather, analyze, formalize, and validate business requirements with internal stakeholders for P2P, OTC, RTR processes.

- Identify and resolve issues related to the company's information systems.

- Collaborate with developers to analyze functional requirements and ensure feasibility.

- Optimize business processes to fully leverage standard functionality.

- Support all phases of development, from analysis and technical documentation to implementation.

- Draft technical specifications for developers.

- Document system changes and prepare related materials.

- Test development outcomes and conduct acceptance testing according to technical specifications.

- Oversee the handover of developments for user testing.

- Coordinate with global and external partners.

- Participate in cross-functional company projects.

- Train users on new processes and systems.

Requirements:

- At least 2 years of experience as an analyst on ERP system implementation/support projects.

- Proficiency in SAP solutions, particularly in the SD, MM, and FI modules.

- Strong understanding of system integration principles.

- Familiarity with the project lifecycle and various types of project documentation.

- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.

- Capability to identify and formalize diverse requirements.

- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.

- Experience with Atlassian tools (Jira, Confluence) is an advantage.
