The position
As Product Manager you will ensure to develop and execute strategical and tactical plans in line with Global and affiliate strategy. You will communicate the marketing programs to internal stakeholders, maintain and develop relationships with target customers and external stakeholders.
Your key responsibilities are as below but not limited to:
- Cross-functional planning and collaboration across different levels in the organisation including colleagues from the headquarters and region.
- Analysing market insights to identify trends and opportunities, developing mitigation plan for key commercial threats and weaknesses.
- Developing a clear treatment journey, identifying the intervention points and building a cross-functional action plan to address these.
- Developing the product strategy, campaigns and materials for the sales team as well as for digital channels.
- Executing a regular visit plan to target customers in coordination with the sales force.
Qualifications
You have an in-depth understanding of the role of product manager in pharmaceutical industry, marketing tools and activities. You can work with cross-functional stakeholders. You have excellent communication skills. You are self-driven and agile in acting independently.
As an ideal candidate, you have:
- Bachelor or Master’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or other relevant areas
- Min 3 years of experience in commercial or marketing teams at the top international pharmaceutical or FMCG companies
- Sales experience is a plus
- Excellent communication and presentational skills, analytical, constructive, and open-minded thinking
- You prioritise ethics and compliance in all your actions
- You are fluent Azerbaijani, English and Russian.
About the department
You will join the team of employees of the Novo Nordisk representative office in Azerbaijan, reporting to the Commercial Manager at our Baku Office.
