About the Role

We are looking for a Project Manager to take a role in managing the strategic company’s projects. This position requires a strong analytical mindset, expertise in financial modeling, and deep knowledge of project execution frameworks. The ideal candidate has experience in strategy consulting or corporate strategy, combined with practical project management expertise.

Key Responsibilities

• Company Strategic projects Execution
• Manage execution of the key strategic projects, ensuring alignment with corporate priorities
• Build business cases and financial models to assess the viability and impact of key initiatives.
• Conduct market and competitive analysis to provide data-driven recommendations for strategic decision-making.
• Support senior management with investment rationales, ROI analysis, and scenario planning for new projects.
• Create high-quality presentations and reports for the Board of Directors, executive team, and stakeholders.

Project Pipeline & Methodology Management

• Develop and implement structured project tracking and reporting mechanisms, providing regular updates to senior management.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams, ensuring timely delivery, clear accountability, and seamless execution.
• Identify and mitigate risks that could impact project success, proactively addressing bottlenecks.
• Ensure that all projects adhere to established timelines, budgets, and quality benchmarks.

Key Requirements

• Education: Degree in Business, Economics, Finance, or a related field; an MBA is a plus.
• Experience: Minimum 5 years in strategic consulting (Big 3/Big 4, strategy boutiques) or corporate strategy/project management roles.
• Proven expertise in financial modeling, business case development, and strategic analysis.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel (financial modeling, data analytics), PowerPoint (executive presentations), and strong writing skills for creating clear, compelling business documents.
• Hands-on experience in managing projects, tracking execution, and optimizing project methodologies.
• Understanding of the pharmaceutical industry or adjacent markets is a plus.
• Fluent English (written and spoken), with the ability to develop high-level reports and presentations.
