Develops and implements the business strategy for Bayer equipment and consumables and encourages the organization to find new creative solutions to challenges and business opportunities to achieve sales and profit targets;
Collects information about market insights (incl. tender data analysis), clients’ needs and the competitors’ activities; conducts a detailed analysis of business and forms a local strategic plan for business development in accordance with the company’s policies and marketing strategy;
Together with Commercial Department and Finance, analyzes, develops, and coordinates with the Head of BU Radiology the local pricing policy for devices, consumables, as well as the payment terms and discount policy;
Establishes and maintains relationships with OEMs, distributors and healthcare organizations. Identifies the main needs of the above organizations for the successful promotion of Bayer device, consumables and provides support by coordinating the activities of the functions involved (sales department, logistics, regulatory affairs, etc.). Develops new sales channels, works to increase the demand for BU products, and develop the market for automatic administration of contrast agents;
Engages in financial planning and forecasting processes and participates in regular supply planning meetings with the logistics department. Monitors the dynamics of sales and profit plan implementation;
Participates in adaptation and implementation of the long-term global Radiology strategy. In the short- and midterm perspective, implements activities aimed at digitalizing the business.
At least 5 years of experience working with clients (sales, distribution) in the medical equipment or pharmaceuticals market;
Team management experience;
Experience in managing department projects and budgets;
Analytical mindset, ability to work with large amounts of information;
Strong communication skills, experience in negotiating with top company officials, the ability to build partner relations with internal and external clients;
Proficiency in English at the Upper Intermediate level and above (oral and written).
