About the department

The People & Organisation department is a part of Global P&O Business partnering area taking responsibility for full scope of HR support (administrative tasks), same as ensuring compliance with Global P&O processes which realised locally (Evolve, TDP, IDP, Development programs, Wellbeing). Local P&O team is responsible for GMP training function and Job function training coordination. Also, corporate evens, transportation and personal benefits are anchored in local P&O team. 

The team is headed by Senior P&O manager and includes 10 highly qualified professionals with different backgrounds and experience. 

The position

Holder of this position has the responsibility for the following processes:

  • Execute the full scope of HR support and administration of the employee’s life cycle in the organization in compliance with the local legislation and corporate frames
  • Be responsible for IT systems’ data handling (SAP, 1C)
  • Be responsible for collaboration with global support team (GBS)
  • Reports data on global level and provide all relevant inputs (SAP check included)
  • Maintenance of the corporate and local employees’ data bases in compliance with the local legislation and corporate requirements
  • Ensure personal data is handled properly
  • Consult the employees and the managers on payroll and labour regulations related issues. Perform the training on these matters.

Qualifications

Min 3 years of experience in HR administration (full scope of docs) at production site.

Familiar with operational knowledge of Russian labour legislation.

Experienced user of 1C ver.3.1.

SAP HR user is as an advantage.

English – Basic level is mandatory, upper level is an advantage.
