The Sales Development and Support Manager will lead the Sales Development and Support functions, coordinating sales-related activities with both external partners and internal teams to drive commercial excellence across Rest of World (ROW) markets and meet financial goals of the company.
Primary responsibilities of this role include the following:
• Customer relationship management.
• Lead the forecasting process: review product launches, check demand files, and ensure SKU readiness.
• Forecast accuracy and in time orders management to ensure OTIF KPI
• Ensure financial objectives as well as 5 years sales plan
• Product life cycle management, sales and margin optimizations
• Maintain and update the Customer Requirements File including improvements and coordination with the supply chain team.
• Manage the samples flow, ensuring accurate documentation (e.g., PL, COA, Proforma), invoicing, and shipment coordination across multiple regions (MENA, LATAM, CIS, APAC).
• Oversee the order management process in Salesforce (SF) and collaborate with AW team to ensure timely approvals.
• Ensure accurate communication of delivery timelines and order confirmations.
• Conduct data verification for new orders, including addresses and SKU/price checks.
• Research key customer wants and needs
• Follow relevant GDP &GMP required related to distribution and importation activities
• Manage and update the license database to ensure compliance for all open POs.
• Maintain the Incoterms list and ensure harmonization of information across systems.
QUALIFICATIONS & REQUIREMENTS
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain, Project Management or Alliance/BD management, or related field (Pharma/Healthcare background preferred)
• 5+ years of experience in sales/BD operations, customer service, or commercial support
• Knowledge of Salesforce and SAP systems
• Strong understanding of B2B sales operations in the pharmaceutical industry
• Excellent communication, coordination, and analytical skills
• Proficient in MS Office and data reporting tools
• Fluent in English
