Major Responsibilities:
• Be responsible for organizing and implementing disease awareness campaigns or assisting marketing promotion activities in the department
• Be responsible for executing and tracking Promotional material and managing vendors
• Be responsible for maintaining Marketing Communication in the company
• Co-create with a cross-functional team to establish and manage an editorial calendar including programming and channel specific promotional activities, in alignment with local priorities and events
• Create engaging digital content and ensure content published is compliant with corporate branding, graphic design and messaging guidelines
• Manage vendors to ensure each project meets department KPI, compliance policy, and owners’ expectation
• Outbound communication on our Digital Initiates - close collaboration with digital partner regarding current projects (e.g. MS website)
• Partnerships & PAGs projects, support New launches, and Patient and customer activities
• Oversee all projects to ensure they are implemented in consistent with compliance policy, and budget is well controlled
Qualifications:
• 8+ years working experience in a similar capacity and in a similar industry
• Proven experience of developing, implementing and measuring disease awareness campaigns to support achievement of business objectives
• Experienced working in global organizations, with good cultural awareness and sensitivity 309 / 5000
• At least Bachelor Degree in Marketing, Business Management or other Appropriate discipline
• Proficiency in both spoken and written English
• Knowledge of graphic design is a plus
