What you will do:

• Develop and maintain Belgorod Quality System and its constant improvement.
• Team motivation & effective organization.
• Communication with regulatory authorities (e.g. quality events- recalls/withdrawals), management team and regional QA.
• Assess the (future) impact of trends and changes in governmental policies and regulations, on the Abbott (EPD) business within own perimeter.
• Ensure on time product disposition; New product introductions; Validation; Auditing; QA IT systems.

Required qualifications:

• Experience in conducting and handling audits and inspections.
• Strong knowledge of relevant regulations for quality systems and compliance.
• Strategic agility, conceptual thinking, business awareness, high people agility, excellent managerial and communication skills.
• Capable of analyzing data to support the development of strategies to effectively manage the action plans that will resolve the issues.

Preferred qualifications:

• 6 years + in the Pharmaceutical Industry and/or Government Regulatory Agency.
• Capable of understanding and overcoming different cultural and language obstacles to provide solutions that satisfy corporate, regional, and local objectives.
• Project management skills.
• Advanced level of English language.
