The main purpose of the job:
As a Brand Manager CIS in PVM, this person will be responsible for Brand Marketing in 12 markets. We are looking for a new colleague with an analytical profile. This role is more about numbers than about creativity.
Main responsibilities:
- Create, align and effectively implement annual and long-term business plans for the assigned categories ensuring all aspects of activities support brands/categories and countries’ goals;
- Continuously analyze external and internal environment (brand performance, competitors, market, etc.) to gather inputs for long-term planning and additional opportunities for growth as well as propose remedy support actions when appropriate;
- Be categories owner in the assigned markets: manage a portfolio, pricing strategy, PnL, A&P budget in order to meet a set of KPIs (volume, NSV, profitability) and bring additional improvement;
- Build and sustain strong relationships with CIS sales and trade marketing teams to address local business issues and support further growth;
- Maintain regular communication with the Russian Brand team to make sure marketing plans and innovation pipelines are in line with the global and local requirements;
- Work closely with all departments in the company (production, planning, sales, trade marketing, finance) to ensure in-time and successful NPDs launch;
- Provide a regular overview and report on brands/categories/projects performance against set targets.
Key competencies/Skills:
- High education (preferable marketing, commerce, etc);
- Working experience in marketing in FMCG market at least 2-3 years as Junior BM or BM;
- Perfect analytical skills, work with big data and pivots (app. 70% of the tasks are about numbers and analysis);
- Profit and Loss (P&L) management experience;
- New Product Launch experience;
- Nielsen acknowledges on a high level;
- English (Intermediate level and higher).
