Take part in development and achievement of strategy, tactics, and operating plan advancing the marketing of Teva products in appropriate TA in accordance with general strategy in Russia.
Development and implementation of medical strategy align with company goals
Provide scientific support and expertise to BU and other internal Teva stakeholders with respect to promotional materials creation process, advertising and educational programs, clinical research, medical information, regulatory issues in compliance of ethical business principles, local operating procedures and in accordance with Russian law. To facilitate preparation and/or provide expertise for lectures and presentations content for the appropriate internal and external scientific events.
To provide educational support as for colleagues inside BU as well as training of Field Force with medical knowledge in appropriate therapy area. To ensure timely update of the appropriate medical and scientific information (news from clinical trials, guidelines etc)
Collaborate with other BUs to align medical marketing across TAs and disease areas in order to maximise possibilities of usage of promoting products in other TAs.
To provide medical and scientific support to Key stakeholders outside company
Establish peer-to-peer relationships with leading KOLs, scientists, clinical and research leaders and institutions and centers in the country in appropriate TA to foster Teva efforts to establish and maintain its therapeutic leadership position.
